The training focuses on understanding and respecting cultural differences. This is not only about the international arena, intercultural competences also include understanding other nations, religions, generations, genders, value systems, etc., by developing cultural sensitivity and tolerance.

Competence
We focus on personal competencies: how to develop our personal skills, such as self-awareness, understanding our own boundaries, and communication effectiveness? If needed, we will touch on professional competencies: business communication and negotiation techniques, adapting to different work environments, and handling intercultural conflicts.
